1:1 Assessment

Each project is as unique as you are. We take time to really find out your wants and needs. During this phase, you can expect:

  • 1-2 hour home consultation

  • We create 3D renderings to help realize & visualize the project before permitting

  • We navigate you through the various challenges of local building departments, county offices & state agencies

  • We are present and on-site for all major phases of construction

What AReas Do you Service?

We are located in the greater Lansing area, but are able to service areas throughout central Michigan.

What is the Typical Project budget?

This depends on what you hope to achieve, but to help you understand the potential budget, our pool projects typically start at about $75,000. During the initial call and consultation, we’ll discuss your needs and your budget and try to make the best match.

Do you provide financing?

We do not finance projects directly, but we work with several reputable, national lenders that provide competitive rates

How Quickly Can we Get started?

The typical design and consultation period takes 1-2 weeks. From the time the quote is signed, expect an additional 4-6 weeks before we break ground. Bookings can be made in advance to ensure that you get the timeline that fits your needs.

Do You Charge For COnsultations?

Our initial conversation & consultation is free. As we understand the project, there may be some design and consulting fees if experts are needed.

How Quickly can we be Swimming?

Depending on the project, we can go from start to finish in just a few weeks. Remember that it can take time to rebuild your yard after a construction project. We’ll be transparent about that with you as we discuss the process during your consultation.

WHAT ARe the Common Barriers to Getting Started?

Many of the projects we do will require work to be done just to get started. This includes assessing the land and surrounding buildings to make sure that equipment can access the yard, as well as reviewing your regional or HOA requirements. We’ll talk through this with you right from the beginning and do everything we can to support your project.
